Homemade Pasta Upon Arrival

Immediately, after checking in the staff begin to make homemade pasta for the incoming guests. Handcrafted pesto, a family recipe, poured over penne pasta is the only way to properly be welcomed to Cinque Terre.

Daily Cappuccinos In Lobby

Keeping up with caffeine cravings is annoying while traveling. With cappuccinos available all day long what more could you ask for from a hotel lobby. I have a cup of coffee each morning, and I would expect nothing less in Cinque Terre. The cappuccino maker is available during the hotel’s open hours to fulfill all your caffeinated requirements.

Located in the heart of Monterosso

Monterosso is the place to relax on the beach. If you are looking for a beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas and cliffside views Monterosso is the city for you. This beach not hidden, but it is the only beach with sand and beach chairs. If you are looking for secluded beaches they are only a quick train ride away. You can find the hidden beaches in my blog post Hidden Beaches In Cinque Terre You Don’t Want To Miss.

Climbing up to the rooftop access is a must while staying at Hotel Marina. Up top, there are grapevines you can snitch a few grapes from while overlooking the view of the city and mountains.

Hiking trails nearby

One of my favorite aspects of Cinque Terre is the strenuous hiking trails through the mountains. The trails are connected to each of the cities in Cinque Terre. Close to the hotel is the hiking trail with the best view. This trail leads to Vernazza, another gorgeous city in Cinque Terre with iconic colorful houses.

Separate Beds

In Europe, it is common for a hotel to consist of twin beds. This is extremely beneficial if you are traveling with three people. Each person can have a bed to call his or her own.
